Abstract:
The middle and deep hole blasting technology for tunneling has many advantages,such as short auxiliary operation time and high production efficiency,thus it becomes one of the most effective technologies for fast tunneling in the rock roadway.This paper uses the software of LS-DYNA
3D to analyze the rock response procedure during middle and deep hole blasting,the simulation results uncover the rock broken and throw mechanism,and also present the reasonable blasting parameters.This technology is applied in the field site,as a result,the monthly tunneling length increased from 100.0 m to 147.5 m,hence fast and safe tunneling was achieved in the rock roadway.
