基于水射流割缝煤层区域动态指标研究

    Research on Dynamic Index of Coal Seams Area Based on Water Jet Slotting

    • 摘要: 基于水射流割缝煤层增透技术,分析了割缝后煤体应力分布状态,计算了割缝钻孔径向应力和切向应力。在理论分析水射流割缝钻孔影响半径的基础上,确定基于水射流割缝钻孔布置的技术工艺。根据现场实测数据,统计分析了动态指标,对水射流割缝后煤层瓦斯抽采增透效果进行了验证。中兴矿现场试验表明:与常规钻孔相比,采用水射流割缝钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度提高3.6倍、流量提高2.7倍、纯流量提高9.7倍;上覆三采西翼回风巷平均风排瓦斯涌出量最大减少0.68 m3/min,降低26.98%;水射流割缝钻孔段瓦斯含量降低0.48 m3/t;抽采半径为3.0 m时,水射流割缝钻孔段抽采时间41 d,相比常规钻孔抽采时间缩短43 d。

       

      Abstract: Based on the water jet slotting coal seam permeability increase technology, the stress distribution state of the coal after slotting is analyzed, and the radial and tangential stresses of the slotted borehole are calculated. Based on the theoretical analysis of the influence radius of the water jet slotting, the technical process based on the water jet slotting drilling arrangement is determined. According to the field measured data, the statistical dynamic indicators were analyzed to verify the effect of coal seam gas extraction after water jet slotting. The research shows that compared with the conventional drilling, the gas extraction concentration with water jet slotting drilling is increased by 3.6 times, the flow is increased by 2.7 times, the pure flow is increased by 9.7 times, the average wind discharge of the west wing of the upper third mining is decreased by 0.68 m3/min and reduced by 26.98%. The gas content of the water jet slotting drilling section is more reduced by 0.48 m3/t; when the extraction radius is 3.0 m, the extraction time of the water jet slotting drilling section is 41days. The comparison was shortened by 43 days.
