组织控制对矿工安全行为影响及面子倾向的调节作用

摘要: 为促进矿工安全行为减少煤矿事故的发生,基于威慑理论和控制理论,在组织控制机制框架下,探究组织威慑和奖励机制对矿工安全行为的影响,以及面子倾向的调节作用。通过对山西省某煤矿一线矿工的问卷调查收集数据,并运用相关分析和层次回归法实证检验,研究表明:组织控制对矿工的安全行为有显著影响,且组织威慑的作用要高于奖励机制;矿工的面子倾向在两者之间存在调节效应。Abstract: In order to promote the safety behaviors of miners and reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents, based on deterrence theory and control theory, this paper studies the influence of organizational deterrence and incentive mechanism on safety behaviors of minersas well as the moderating effect of face orientationunder the framework of organizational control. By collecting data from a questionnaire survey of front-line miners in a coal mine in Shanxi Province, the correlation analysis and hierarchical regression methods are used to verify results. The results show that the organizational control has a significant effect on the safety behaviors of miners, and the role of organizational deterrence is better than the incentive mechanism. Moreover, there is a moderating effect between the organizational deterrence and the incentive mechanism.
