阳泉矿区铁路隧道下覆岩隔离注浆充填开采实践
Mining Practice of Isolated Grouting and Filling Under Railway Tunnel in Yangquan Mining Area

摘要: 为了解决阳泉矿区坪上煤矿铁路隧道及村庄压煤与该矿资源紧缺的矛盾,采用覆岩隔离注浆充填开采技术对其进行回采。以工作面钻孔柱状图为基础,采用关键层判别软件确定了研究工作面覆岩的关键层位及注浆深度;设计了注浆钻孔的分布位置,在铁路隧道内布设监测线。结果表明,采用覆岩隔离注浆充填技术能够将大幅度控制铁路隧道的沉降及变形,确保了处理后的铁路隧道简单维修后能够正常使用,证明了覆岩隔离注浆充填开采方法控制铁路隧道形变的可行性。Abstract: To solve the contradiction between railway tunnel and coal under village and the shortage of resources in Pingshang Coal Mine, Yangquan Mining Area, the overburden isolated grouting and filling mining technology is used to mine it. The key strata and grouting depth of the overburden of the working face were determined by using the key layer discriminant software based on the borehole histogram of the working face. The distribution positions of the grouting borehole are designed, and the monitoring lines are set up in the railway tunnel. The results show that the isolated grouting and filling technology used in this project can greatly control the settlement and deformation of railway tunnel, and ensure that the treated railway tunnel can be used normally after simple maintenance. It is proved that it is feasible to control the deformation of railway tunnel by the method of separated grouting and filling of overburden rock.
