巴拉素煤矿强富水煤层注浆改造设计

    Grouting Reconstruction Design of Strong Water-rich Coal Seam in Balasu Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 榆横北区2号煤为含水层,具有水压高、富水性强等特点,给榆横北区多个煤矿的井筒施工带来了十分严重的安全问题。为了解决巴拉素煤矿副立井2号煤马头门施工过程中出现的煤层强富水问题,以“引流注浆、帷幕封堵”为堵水思路,分为“井筒环形空间封堵、打孔疏水截流、煤层注浆改造及止水效果检测”4个注浆过程,并采用具有超细、速凝性能的水泥基注浆料,成功实现了动水条件下强富水、高水压煤层的注浆封堵,满足了2号煤马头门硐室开凿要求。本次巴拉素煤矿强富水煤层注浆改造设计解决了该矿在井筒马头门施工过程中出现的煤层水害问题。

       

      Abstract: The 2# coal in Yuheng northern district is aquifer, which has the characteristics of high water pressure and strong water content. It brings serious safety problems to shaft construction in many coal mines in Yuheng northern district. In order to solve the problem of strong and rich water in coal seam during the construction of 2# coal auxiliary shaft ingate of Balasu Coal Mine, four grouting processes are divided, i.e. annular space closure of wellbore, drainage closure of perforation and drainage, grouting modification of coal seam and detection of water-stop effect, based on the idea of “drainage grouting and curtain closure”. Cement-based grouting material with setting property has successfully realized grouting and plugging in strong water-rich and high water pressure coal seam under hydrodynamic condition. It meets the requirements of cavern excavation in 2# coal shaft ingate. The grouting reform design of strong water-rich coal seam in Balasu Coal Mine solves the problem of coal seam water hazard in the construction process of the mine shaft horse head door.
