过断层破碎带瓦斯应力分析及抽放工艺设计

    Gas Stress Analysis and Design of Drainage Process in Fault Broken Zone

    • 摘要: 针对李村煤矿1301工作面过断层破碎带瓦斯抽放问题,采用FLAC3D Extrusion数值分析软件模拟工作面过断层模型,得到了瓦斯应力异常区与覆岩载荷的应力贯通距离为距前方断层20 m处,应在此范围内进行瓦斯超前预抽放。并针对在瓦斯抽放过程中由于断层破碎带内应力较大产生的卡钻、吸钻问题,提出了空压机“孔内高压”抽采工艺,优化了瓦斯超前预抽采方案,提高了瓦斯抽放工效。

       

      Abstract: According to the gas drainage problem of the fault fracture zone in 1301 working face of Licun Coal Mine, the FLAC3D Extrusion numerical analysis software was used to simulate the working face crossing fault model. The stress penetration distance between the gas stress anomaly zone and the overburden load is 20 m away from the front fault. Gas pre-dumping should be carried out within this range. Aiming at the problem of stuck and suction drilled in the gas drainage process due to the large internal stress of the fracture zone, the extraction technology of “high pressure in hole” with air compressor was proposed, and the gas pre-extraction plan was optimized, and the efficiency of gas drainage was improved.
