煤矿井下孔内事故可视处理技术在青龙煤矿的应用

    Application of Visible Treatment Technology for Underground Borehole Accident in Qinglong Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 钻具掉落是煤矿井下定向钻孔施工中一种常见的孔内事故,针对现有处理措施存在过程不可视、措施盲目性和易发生二次孔内事故问题,提出了一种煤矿井下孔内事故可视处理技术。在分析试验事故钻孔情况的基础上,介绍了孔内事故可视处理技术的技术原理和配套装置,选用了合理的事故处理钻具组合,并制定了事故可视化处理流程。在青龙煤矿钻具掉落事故钻孔进行了应用试验,成功打捞出孔内落鱼。应用试验表明:矿用钻孔成像仪人工推送深度达143 m,顺利获取了孔内落鱼的图像和视频信息,对孔内情况进行了辅助判断,满足孔内事故处理可视化的要求。

       

      Abstract: Drilling tool drop is a common borehole accident in directional drilling in underground coal mine. In view of the problems existing in current treatment measures, such as non-visibility of the process, blindness of the measures and the possibility of secondary borehole accident, a visual treatment technology for borehole accident in underground coal mine is put forward. Based on the analysis of the accident borehole, the technical principle and supporting device of the visual treatment technology for borehole accident is introduced, the reasonable accident handling drilling assembly is selected, and the visual treatment process is established. The application test is carried out in the accident borehole of the drilling tool drop in Qinglong Coal Mine, and the drop fish is successfully fished out of the accident borehole. The application test shows that the artificial push depth of the mine borehole imager reaches 143 m, and the image and video information of the borehole fish is obtained successfully, which can be used for auxiliary judgment about the condition inside borehole. The technology can meet the requirements of visual treatment of borehole accident.
