Abstract:
Based on the abnormal well data from southern Qinshui Basin, the quantitative identification index system, the type, the treatment method and the prevention technology are studied through big data analysis. The results show that the casing pressure and daily gas production decrease rapidly or slowly at the same time, and the drainage efficiency can be improved by raising the running frequency of drainage equipment, touching pump, washing pump and checking pump; the abnormal well with casing pressure rising is characterized by the increase of flow pressure and casing pressure at the same time and in the same range, and the continuous decline of daily gas production, which can be cured by strengthening pipeline insulation or adopting the control method of low constant casing pressure, drainage and production; in the case of abnormal inter-pumping wells, the casing pressure and gas volume increase after the well is opened, and decrease after the well is stopped for a period of time, which can improve the discharge and production flushing times, increase the pumping unit flushing times, extend the well opening time or improve the pump efficiency.
