芦沟矿村庄下采煤方案优化及采动影响研究

摘要: 为减小采动损害,保护地表建筑物安全并提高煤炭资源采出率,以芦沟矿32051工作面具体地质采矿条件为基础,提出3种开采方案,采用概率积分法预计和FLAC3D数值模拟相结合的方法,对不同方案地表移动变形值进行预计,并对比分析各个方案工作面上方赵寨五组民房受损情况,确定最佳开采方案并进行现场实践。结果表明:采用方案3进行开采,村庄民房受采动损害影响程度较小,有效保障了民房安全,并提高了煤炭资源采出率。Abstract: In order to reduce mining damage, protect the safety of surface buildings and improve coal recovery rate, three mining schemes were proposed on the basis of geological mining conditions in Lugou 32051 working face. By using probability integral method and FLAC3D numerical simulation, the surface movement and deformation values of different schemes were predicted, and the damage situations of five groups of private houses in Zhaozhai village were compared and analyzed. The best mining scheme was determined and field practice was carried out. The results showed that houses were less affected by mining damage and safer. The recovery rate of coal resources had been raised when scheme 3 was used.
