朔南矿区特厚煤层超长综放工作面矿压显现规律研究

    Study on Strata Behavior Law of Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Super-long and Thick Coal Seam in Southern Shuozhou Mining Area

    • 摘要: 特厚煤层超长工作面综放开采引起的矿压显现规律与传统的岩层移动特征有明显的差异。为研究超长工作面矿压显现规律,以麻家梁矿14201首采工作面为工程背景,采用固支梁和悬臂梁理论、3DEC数值模拟以及现场观测的方法对顶板的破断失稳特征开展研究。结果表明:理论计算基本顶的初次来压步距为62.5 m,周期来压步距为25.54 m;数值模拟初次来压步距约为60~70 m,周期来压步距约为25 m,与理论计算结果基本一致;同时根据现场监测液压支架工作阻力数据,进一步验证了研究结果。

       

      Abstract: The law of strata behavior caused by fully mechanized caving mining face of super-long and thick coal seam is obviously different from that of traditional strata movement. In order to study the law of strata behavior in super-long working face, taking the first mining face of 14201 in Majialiang Mine as the engineering background, using the theory of fixed beam and cantilever beam, 3DEC numerical simulation and field observation, the characteristics of breaking and instability of roof are studied. The results show that the theoretical calculation of the first weighting interval of the main roof is 62.5 m, the periodic weighting interval is 25.54 m. The numerical simulation shows that the first weighting interval is about 60 m to 70 m and the periodic weighting interval is about 25 m, which is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results. At the same time, according to the field monitoring data of hydraulic support working resistance, the research results are further verified.
