采动应力影响条件下护巷煤柱留设尺寸研究

    Study on Retaining Size of Coal Pillar in Roadway Under Mining-induced Stress

    • 摘要: 为了优化煤柱尺寸及提高采出率,采用理论计算法和数值模拟法对腾晖煤矿合理煤柱宽度进行了研究。结合该矿2-204工作面的实际地质条件和开采条件,首先利用理论计算法得出护巷煤柱的合理留设尺寸,然后利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分别模拟不同宽度的护巷煤柱,得出了相应的塑性区图和应力分布图。通过数值模拟与理论计算综合分析比较,确定当护巷煤柱宽度取27 m时,材料大巷稳定性相对较好,并且能够有效提高煤炭采出率,确保采动应力扰动下被保护的巷道不失稳,这对于矿井的安全生产和高产高效来讲至关重要。

       

      Abstract: In order to optimize the size of coal pillar and improve the recovery rate, theoretical calculation method and numerical simulation method were used to study the reasonable width of coal pillar in Tenghui Coal Mine. Combining with the actual geological conditions and mining conditions of 2-204 working face in this mine, the reasonable size of coal pillars for roadway protection is obtained by theoretical calculation method at first, then the different width coal pillars are simulated by FLAC3D numerical simulation software, and the corresponding plastic zone map and horizontal displacement map are obtained. Finally, the comprehensive analysis and comparison of numerical simulation and theoretical calculation show that when the width of pillar is 27 m, the stability of roadway is relatively good, and the coal recovery rate can be effectively improved.
