三软煤层大跨度切眼掘进及围岩控制技术

    Large-span Open-hole Tunneling in Three Soft Coal Seams and Its Surrounding Rock Control Technology

    • 摘要: 为解决三软煤层大跨度切眼掘进和支护难题,通过分析顶板岩层的结构特点、受力特征和稳定性等主要因素,建立了顶板岩层极限跨距的力学模型,得到了顶板极限跨距的计算公式。同时,在研究切眼顶板易垮落原因的基础上,提出了L型切眼掘进技术及围岩支护技术,并用数值模拟对比分析了一次成巷、二次导硐成巷和L型切眼等3种不同开挖方式下切眼围岩变形特征。结果表明L型切眼掘进技术能有效保证三软煤层中切眼掘进时顶板安全。现场试验表明,注浆+锚网索协同支护技术能够控制三软煤层大跨度切眼围岩变形。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve large span open-off excavation and support problems in three soft coal seam mine, according to the structural characteristics of roof, mechanical characteristics and stability of the main factors, we built a limit span roof strata mechanical model and obtained limit span roof calculation formula. At the same time, on the basis of studying the causes of easy falling of the roof of the cut hole, the L-shaped cut hole driving technology and surrounding rock supporting technology are proposed, and the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of the cut hole under three different excavation methods, such as once-tunneling, secondary piloting tunnel and L-shaped cut hole, are compared and analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that L-shaped hole cutting technology can effectively ensure the roof safety during hole cutting in three soft coal seams. The field test shows that the technology of grouting and anchor wire can control the deformation of surrounding rock with large span cut in three soft coal seams.
