综采工作面带压区域电磁波CT探测小构造技术

    Technique of Detecting Small Structure with Electromagnetic Wave CT in Pressure Zone of Fully Mechanized Mining Face

    • 摘要: 通过在鄂尔多斯大饭铺煤矿61114综采工作面局部带压区域进行电磁波CT法探测试验,系统地开展了一致性试验、频率等参数优化、铁器干扰试验、反演方法对比、试验成果分析以及综合推断与验证等相关研究工作,优化了鄂尔多斯地区小构造精细探测的试验、施工、处理、解译技术体系。结果表明:在鄂尔多斯地区煤层带压、小构造发育情况下,采用无线电波透视法探测构造、瞬变电磁法探测含水体的综合探测技术,可有效预测潜在的承压水突水点;对于鄂尔多斯大长度综采工作面,施工过程时宜选用365 kHz或188 kHz发射频率,接收线圈宜远离铁器,水平距离宜超过0.6 m,垂直距离宜超过0.4 m,尽量要切断施工区域电力,线圈与煤壁空间不宜太大,宜贴近煤壁。综合对比各类成果图,宜优选反演计算方法,形成可靠成果图,从而提高探测精度,来实现精细化处理、解释。

       

      Abstract: Through the electromagnetic wave CT detection test in the local pressurized area of 61114 fully mechanized mining face in Dafanpu Coal Mine of Ordos, it has carried out systematic research on consistency test, optimization of parameters such as frequency, interference test of iron tools, comparison of inversion methods, analysis of test results, comprehensive inference and verification, and optimized the technical system of test, construction, treatment and interpretation for fine detection of small structures in Ordos area. The results show that in the case of coal seam pressure and small structure development in Ordos area, the comprehensive detection technology for detecting structure by radio wave perspective detection and detecting water bodies by transient electromagnetic method could effectively predict the potential pressure water inrush point. During the construction process for the large length working face of Ordos, the transmission frequency should be 365 kHz or 188 kHz; the receiving coil should be far away from the iron, the horizontal distance should be more than 0.6 m, the vertical distance should be more than 0.4 m, the power in the construction area should be cut off as far as possible, the space between the coil and the coal wall should not be too large, and it should be close to the coal wall. The inversion calculation method should be optimized to form a reliable result map after comprehensive comparison of all kinds of result maps, so as to improve the detection accuracy and realize fine treatment and interpretation.
