组织政治知觉中安全变革型领导调节作用对矿工安全行为的影响

    Influence of Moderating Role of Safety-specific Transformational Leadership on Miners’Safety Behavior in Organizational Political Perception

    • 摘要: 通过探讨组织政治知觉对矿工安全行为的影响机理,以及安全变革型领导在这一关系中的调节效应,采用SPSS21.0检验理论模型和研究假设,以山西省3大煤炭企业井下270名矿工作为研究对象,进行问卷调查研究。结果表明:一般政治性行为和政治性薪酬晋升与安全参与和安全遵守显著负相关,保持沉默和静待好处与安全遵守显著负相关;安全变革型领导与安全行为显著正相关;安全变革型领导调节了组织政治知觉与安全行为之间的关系。煤矿管理者应当重视矿工的组织政治知觉,通过提供公平的政治环境氛围,提升煤矿的安全管理水平。

       

      Abstract: This paper discusses the influence mechanism of organizational political perception on miners’ safety behavior and the moderating effect of safety transformational leadership in this relationship. 270 undergroundminers in three big coal enterprises in Shanxi Province were taken as research objects to conduct questionnaire survey and research. SPSS21.0 was adopted to test theoretical model and research hypothesis. The results showed that general political behavior and political salary promotion were significantly negatively correlated with safety participation and safety compliance, and the benefits of keeping silent and waiting were significantly negatively correlated with safety compliance; safety transformational leadership is positively correlated with safety behavior;safety transformational leadership moderates the relationship between organizational political perception and safety behavior. Coal mine managers should attach importance to the organizational political perception of miners and improve the safety management level of coal mines by providing a fair political environment.
