基于弹塑性及过渡基础假定下的坚硬顶板力学特性分析
Analysis of Mechanical Characteristics of Hard Roof Based on Assumptions of Elastic-plastic and Transitional Foundation

摘要: 为了研究采场坚硬顶板的力学特性,在将煤层分为塑性区及弹性区的基础上,引入描述煤层未屈服,但其与上部直接顶交界呈现屈服状态的过渡区域。将直接顶和煤层视为基础,基本顶视为基础上的岩梁,运用地基梁理论与极限平衡区理论,推导基于弹性、过渡和塑性基础下顶板岩梁挠曲线微分方程及基础反力表达式。在此基础上,对相关实例运算,并运用FLAC3D软件进行相应的模拟验证。结果表明考虑过渡部分的基础反力和顶板岩梁挠度的数值解相比于未考虑时更接近模拟值,所得结果可用于煤矿顶板力学特性分析。Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of the hard roof of the stope, based on the division of the coal seam into the plastic zone and the elastic zone, a transition zone describing the unyielding of the coal seam but exhibiting a yielding state with the upper direct top boundary is introduced. The direct roof and coal seam are regarded as the foundation, and the basic roof is regarded as the foundation rock beam. Using the theory of foundation beam and the theory of limit equilibrium zone, the differential equation and the base reaction force expression of the roof rock beam flexural curve based on elasticity, transition and plasticity are derived. On this basis, the relevant examples are operated and the corresponding simulation verification is performed using FLAC3D software. The results show that the numerical solution considering the basic reaction force of the transition part and the deflection of the roof rock beam is closer to the simulated value than the unconsidered, and the obtained result can be used for the analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the roof of the coal mine.
