Abstract:
Taoziya Tunnel is the most complicated highway tunnel with known geological conditions in our country at present. The first coal seam will be crossed in front of the work area, and the maximum depth of the tunnel will be 900 meters, so the design scheme of upper and lower bench blasting is worked out after high in-situ stress, gas pressure and surrounding rock conditions of the tunnel are investigated. The blasting of No. 2 emulsified explosive is determined by field test and calculation analysis, and the row distance, angle, depth and charge quantity of smooth blasting parameters are determined. The maximum blasting vibration velocity, vault settlement value and horizontal convergence value by construction monitoring are all within the allowable range of the code, which can provide technical reference for similar projects.
