矿井瓦斯抽采达标效果在线评判系统及应用

    On-line Evaluation System and Application of Gas Drainage Reaching Standard Effect in Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿企业在瓦斯抽采达标评判过程中存在评判工艺落后、评判精度低、劳动强度大且难以实现在线、连续评判的缺点,结合瓦斯抽采达标工艺流程,利用计算机编程及数据分析处理技术,重构瓦斯抽采达标数学模型,设计实现了一套矿井瓦斯抽采达标在线评判系统。通过某矿3207工作面应用效果显示:实现了瓦斯抽采规律、瓦斯抽采钻孔智能设计及瓦斯抽采达标评判结果的实时在线输出。评判结果显示该区域煤体残余瓦斯含量为5.43 m3/t,残存瓦斯压力为0.47 MPa,工作面瓦斯抽采率为65.78%,与矿井实际结果相符,为矿井瓦斯抽采达标评判提供了一种实时连续预测技术。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of backward judging technology, low judging precision, high labor intensity and difficult to realize on-line and continuous judgment in the process of gas drainage reaching the standard in coal mining enterprises, combining with the process flow of gas drainage reaching the standard, the mathematical model of gas drainage reaching the standard is reconstructed by means of computer programming and data analysis technology, and a set of on-line evaluation system of gas drainage reaching the standard is designed and implemented. The application results of 3207 working face in a mine show that the system realizes the real-time and online output of gas drainage law, intelligent design of gas drainage borehole and evaluation results of gas drainage reaching the standard. The evaluation results show that the residual gas content in this area is 5.43 m3/t,and the residual gas pressure is 0.47 MPa, and the gas extraction rate of the working face is 65.78% in accordance with the actual results of the mine, which provides a real-time continuous prediction technology for the evaluation of gas extraction standards.
