煤岩材料变形过程位移场演化研究

摘要: 为了更为直观地研究煤岩材料变形破坏过程中表面位移场演化的规律,利用VIC-3D(非接触应变测量系统)观测系统研究单轴压缩状态下煤岩试件破坏的全过程,得到了煤岩试件变形破坏过程中表面位移场的演化特征,直观地反应了试件表面的压缩、剥离、膨胀及剥落的过程。研究结果表明:VIC-3D所表现的数字图像技术在煤岩试件的单轴压缩试验过程中具有明显的优势;可以直观地观测煤岩试件破坏过程的位移场、应变场等演化过程。通过VIC-3D分析软件得到了煤岩试件表面压缩、剥离、膨胀具体演化过程的全场位移云图及试验过程中试件表面位移场的变化曲线,并分析了不同应力阶段位移曲线的变化形式。Abstract: To study the evolution of surface displacement field during deformation and failure of coal and rock materials more intuitively, VIC-3D(non-contact strain measurement system) observation system is used to research the whole process of failure of coal and rock specimens in uniaxial compression, the evolution characteristics of surface displacement field during the deformation and failure of coal and rock specimens are obtained. It intuitively reflects the process of compression, stripping, expansion and spalling on the surface of the test specimen. The results show that: the digital image technology presented by VIC-3D has obvious advantages in the uniaxial compression test of coal and rock specimens. The evolution process of displacement field and strain field in the failure process of coal and rock specimens can be observed intuitively. The full-field displacement cloud map of the specific evolution process of surface compression, stripping and expansion of coal and rock specimens was obtained and the variation forms of displacement curves at different stress stages are also analyzed by using VIC-3D analysis software.
