Abstract:
In China’s coal mine safety accidents, human accidents account for a large proportion, and there is a direct causal relationship between people’s unsafe behaviors and danger sources. In order to effectively reduce the unsafe behaviors of coal mine staff in the production process, the research adopts the precursor-behavior-result (ABC) analytical method to construct the unsafe behavior management model of coal mine staff based on danger sources. The coal mine itself first identifies and classifies the human danger sources of staff in each subsystem. Then, through consciousness guidance, system guarantee, behavior standard, scientific and technological input, material state warning and other five links of unsafe behavior of staff to control the source and manage the process. Safety management will move forward, and constantly enhance the reliability of the coal mine production system. Ultimately, staff unsafe behaviors will be reduced, and the goal of preventing accidents in production process will be achieved.
