Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of tunneling difficulties caused by the empty roadways in the front of 3617 working face in Haitian Coal Industry, by means of site investigation, construction exploration, drilling and peeping, and theoretical analysis methods, the occurrence pattern of empty roadways, caving height and impact range of empty roadways are determined. Based on this, the treatment scheme of advance pre-grouting for caving area in front of heading is proposed. The caving area of the goaf was divided into different grouting areas, parameters of grouting hole were designed, and multi-performance grouting materials were developed according to the requirements of different grouting areas. And the “segmented hole formation” drilling process has been used to solve the problems of stuck drilling and collapse in the drilling process in the caving area. The effect of grouting reinforcement is improved by combining I-beam steel shed with brazing steel. The engineering practice shows that the total amount of grouting is 250 t, and the coal and rock body after grouting reinforcement can be re-bonded. With the steel bracing method, the advancing speed of the excavation face is obviously improved, and the tunneling safety is ensured.
