残采垮落区掘进工作面注浆加固与支护技术

    Grouting Reinforcement and Support Technology of Driving Face in Residual Mining Areas

    • 摘要: 为了解决海天煤业3617工作面掘进过程中前方遭遇空巷,造成掘进困难等问题,通过现场调研、施工探孔、钻孔窥视、理论分析等方法确定了空巷赋存形态、垮落高度和垮落影响范围。基于此,研究提出了对掘进前方空巷垮落区域进行超前预注浆的治理方案。对空巷垮落区域划分不同注浆区域、设计注浆钻孔参数,并针对不同注浆区域需求研发了多性能注浆材料,采用“分段成孔”钻孔工艺解决了在垮落区域钻进过程中卡钻、塌孔等问题;配合工字钢棚和钢钎相结合的支护方式以提升注浆加固效果。工程实践表明:注浆使用量共计250 t,经过注浆加固后的煤岩体得以重新胶结,配合钢钎支护方式,掘进工作面得以安全、快速通过。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of tunneling difficulties caused by the empty roadways in the front of 3617 working face in Haitian Coal Industry, by means of site investigation, construction exploration, drilling and peeping, and theoretical analysis methods, the occurrence pattern of empty roadways, caving height and impact range of empty roadways are determined. Based on this, the treatment scheme of advance pre-grouting for caving area in front of heading is proposed. The caving area of the goaf was divided into different grouting areas, parameters of grouting hole were designed, and multi-performance grouting materials were developed according to the requirements of different grouting areas. And the “segmented hole formation” drilling process has been used to solve the problems of stuck drilling and collapse in the drilling process in the caving area. The effect of grouting reinforcement is improved by combining I-beam steel shed with brazing steel. The engineering practice shows that the total amount of grouting is 250 t, and the coal and rock body after grouting reinforcement can be re-bonded. With the steel bracing method, the advancing speed of the excavation face is obviously improved, and the tunneling safety is ensured.
