多巷布置充填留巷围岩变形特征及补强支护技术

    Deformation Characteristics and Reinforcement Support Technology of Surrounding Rock in Multi-Lane Filling and Retaining Roadway

    • 摘要: 为解决新元煤矿多巷布置充填留巷动压巷道围岩变形严重问题,采用现场监测巷表面位移变化特征、超前支承应力变化规律及数值模拟巷道塑性区的变化规律,并根据原有支护形式的不足,提出适合多巷巷道大变形问题支护优化方案,并在井下进行优化补强支护工业性试验。实测结果表明:巷道围岩在进入超前支承压力影响范围后开始变形,但变形量不大;原支护方案在工作面推过后,巷道底鼓急剧增加,根据现场观测和数值模拟分析塑性区的变化规律,优化支护后的补强措施顶板、两帮的移近量均有减小,底鼓量减小了约50%,优化补强支护方案改善了巷道围岩质量。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the serious problem of surrounding rock deformation of dynamic pressure roadway with multiple roadway layout and filling entry retaining in Xinyuan Coal Mine, based on the field monitoring characteristics of roadway surface displacement change, leading supporting stress change law and numerical simulation of roadway plastic zone change law, and according to the deficiency of the original supporting form, the support optimization scheme suitable for large deformation of multi-roadway roadway is proposed, and the industrial test of optimized reinforcing support is carried out in underground. The measured results show that the surrounding rock starts to deform after it enters the influence area of abutment pressure, but the deformation amount is not large; after the original support scheme was applied in working face, the floor heave of the roadway increased sharply. According to the field observation and numerical simulation analysis of the change law of the plastic zone, both the roof and the two sides of the reinforcement measures after the optimization of support were reduced, and the floor heave was reduced by about 50%. The optimization of the reinforcement scheme improved the quality of the roadway surrounding rock.
