基于FBG-BOTDA的锚杆拉拔试验研究

    Study on Pull-out Test of Anchor Bolt Based on FBG-BOTDA Combined Sensing Technology

    • 摘要: 将FBG和PPP-BOTDA技术联合应用于室内锚杆拉拔试验,并通过ANSYS数值模拟对试验结果进行验证。结果表明:FBG和BOTDA传感器测得不同拉拔载荷下锚杆轴向应力均呈“负指数分布”,且载荷影响的范围主要集中在距孔口55 cm以内区域,与数值模拟得到的结果基本一致;FBG-BOTDA联合感测技术既能精确获取关键点的受力情况,又能全面监测锚杆的受力区域以及应力分布状况。

       

      Abstract: FBG and PPP-BOTDA are applied to anchor bolt pull-out test in the indoor together, and the test results are verified by ANSYS numerical simulation. The results indicate that the axial stress of bolt under different pull-out loads measured by FBG and BOTDA sensors shows a “negative exponential distribution”, and the influence range of load is mainly concentrated within 55 cm from the orifice, which is basically consistent with the results obtained by numerical simulation; FBG-BOTDA combined sensing technology can not only accurately obtain the stress condition of key points, but also comprehensively monitor the stress area and stress distribution of the bolt.
