基于SEM的噪声烦恼度对矿工不安全行为的影响研究

    Study on Effect of Noise Annoyance on Miners’ Unsafe Behavior Based on SEM

    • 摘要: 为研究噪声烦恼度对矿工不安全行为的影响,确定出了影响噪声烦恼度的5个不同维度,编制了煤矿噪声烦恼度和矿工不安全行为测量量表,构建了煤矿噪声烦恼度对矿工不安全行为影响的结构方程模型(SEM)、通过分析结构方程模型的路径系数和模型拟合数据,得出噪声烦恼度不同维度对矿工不安全行为影响关系。研究表明,不安全行为意向在噪声烦恼度与矿工不安全行为之间存在间接效应,噪声烦恼度各维度对矿工不安全行为影响效应的大小排序为噪声属性、噪声不良心理、噪声排斥态度、噪声不良情绪、噪声疲劳。

       

      Abstract: To study the effect of the coal mine noise annoyance on the miners’ unsafe behavior, five different factors that affect the noise annoyance were identified through literature reviews and on-site interviews, and a measurement scale for noise annoyance and miners’ unsafe behavior was compiled. The structural equation model (SEM) of the effect of noise annoyance on the unsafe behavior of miners was constructed. By analyzing the path coefficient of the structural equation model and the model fitting data, the effect of different factors of noise annoyance on the unsafe behavior of miners was obtained. It is shows that the unsafe behavior intention of miners has an indirect effect between noise annoyance and unsafe behavior of miners. The factors of noise annoyance on the effect of miners’ unsafe behavior are ranked as noise properties, bad psychology caused by noise, and rejection attitude to noise, bad feeling caused by noise and noise fatigue.
