煤油气共生矿井采煤工作面底板卸压变形规律研究及应用

摘要: 通过黄陵二号煤矿203采煤工作面底板卸压和底板钻孔孔壁变形情况观测,以及对钻孔内瓦斯浓度和瓦斯压力变化情况的检测,开展了采煤工作面底板卸压变形规律研究。研究结果表明,工作面推进至距底板钻孔约10 m时,底板卸压并开始发育裂隙;随着采煤工作面推过底板钻孔后,逐渐远离底板钻孔,底板卸压范围逐渐向底板深部扩大,测点位置钻孔变形和破坏越来越严重。采空区后方10~30 m范围内,工作面底板下10~30 m,出现最大卸压变形以及瓦斯(油型气)的大量涌出。据此优化了205采煤工作面底板煤层及油气层瓦斯抽采技术参数。Abstract: Through floor unloading pressure and floor hole wall deformation observation in 203 working face, and detection of drilling gas concentration and gas pressure changes, the study of coal mining working face floor relief deformation law is carried out. The results showed that: when the working face pushes forward to about 10 m from the bottom drilling, the bottom pressure is relieved and cracks begin to develop; as the coal mining working face pushes through the bottom drilling, it gradually moves away from the bottom drilling, and the relief pressure range of the bottom gradually expands to the depth of the bottom, and the deformation and damage of borehole are more and more serious. Within the range of 10 m to 30 m behind the goaf and 10 m to 30 m below the working face bottom plate, the maximum pressure relief deformation and a large amount of gas (oil-type gas) gushing occurs. Based on this, the technical parameters of gas extraction in floor coal seam and oil and gas layer of 205 working face are optimized.
