煤层气鱼骨状可控水平井完井方法与实践

    Well Completion Methods and Practice of Fishbone Controlled Horizontal Well for CBM Mining

    • 摘要: 通过对煤层气多分支水平井井身结构、完井工艺、井壁稳定与污染解除、钻进方式方面进行优化设计,提出了新型鱼骨状可控水平井钻完井工艺及配套技术;成功在现场试验应用9口井全部下入套管或筛管完井,从根本上解决了裸眼多分支水平井裸眼段易垮塌、易堵塞、无法疏通作业、无法增产改造等问题;前进式钻进方式利于钻井期间主支重入及完井管串的下入,通过钻井参数优化及钻井液体系降低分支夹壁墙垮塌风险;而二开井身结构实现全井井眼通径,利于后期维护、作业;通过稳定井壁可降解钻井液体系与氮气气举洗井、分段改造等工艺的配合,有效解决井壁稳定与储层污染的矛盾。

       

      Abstract: Through optimizing the design of CBM multi-branch horizontal well body structure, well completion process, well wall stability and pollution removal, and drilling mode, a new drilling and completion technology of fishbone controlled horizontal well and its supporting technology are proposed. In the field test, 9 wells were successfully completed by running casing or sieve tube, which fundamentally solved the problems of open hole section of multi-branch horizontal wells, such as easy collapse, easy blockage, undredging and no stimulation and reconstruction. The forward drilling method is conducive to the re-entry of main supports and the down-entry of completion string during drilling, and reduces the risk of branch wall collapse by optimizing drilling parameters and drilling fluid system. The structure of the dual well body realizes the overall hole diameter of the well, which is conducive to the later maintenance and operation. The conflict between borehole wall stability and reservoir pollution can be effectively solved by stabilizing the degradable drilling fluid system of borehole wall and the process of nitrogen gas lifting and washing wells and segmental reconstruction.
