    • 摘要: 为解决煤矿安全监控系统中传感器启动电流大,抗冲击能力弱,上电的瞬间对供电电源产生冲击的问题,设计了一款矿用抗冲击延时启动电源模块。详细介绍了抗冲击(干扰)电路、缓启动电路、本质安全电路的工作原理及试验数据。该模块体积小、成本低、输出电压稳定,达到本质安全ia保护等级,安全性高。具有防反接、抗冲击,电磁兼容、缓启动、纹波噪声小、转换效率高等特点。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem that the sensor starting current is large in coalmine safety monitoring system, the impact resistance is weak, and the power supply has an impact on the power supply at the moment of power-on, a mine impact resistance slow start power module is designed. This paper introduces the working principle and experimental data of anti-shock (interference) circuit, slow start circuit, intrinsically safe circuit in detail. The module has the advantages of small size, low cost, stable output voltage, achieving the intrinsically safe ia protection level with high safety. It has the characteristics of anti-reverse connection, anti-impact, electromagnetic compatibility, slow start, low ripple noise and high conversion efficiency.
