综采工作面走向大孔径高位孔瓦斯抽采试验研究

    Test Study on Gas Extraction from High Hole with Large Aperture in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

    • 摘要: 为解决高瓦斯突出矿井综采工作面回采期间上隅角瓦斯超限问题,基于屯兰矿12507工作面,从综采工作面瓦斯来源,采空区瓦斯赋存,高位孔布置及钻孔封孔施工等角度论述了工作面走向大孔径高位钻孔瓦斯抽采理论基础及工程应用方案。经现场工程试验,并选取工作面回采一段距离的试验数据进行分析,结果表明:孔径215 mm的走向高位孔位于煤层顶板12~30 m,横向内错回风巷17 m;聚氨酯封孔18 m深情况下,平均钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度达80%以上,瓦斯抽采纯量6 m3/min以上;工作面回采期间,上隅角瓦斯浓度在0.4%附近稳定波动,且其最大值均在1%以下。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of gas over-limit in upper corner of fully-mechanized mining face with high gas outburst, based on 12507 working face of Tunlan Mine, this paper discusses the theoretical basis and engineering application scheme of gas extraction from the large-aperture working face, from the perspectives of gas source in fully mechanized mining face, gas occurrence in goaf area, arrangement of high hole and construction of borehole sealing. Through field engineering test, the test data from a distance of mining face is selected to analyze, and the results show that the strike high hole with an aperture of 215 mm is located in the roof of coal seam 12 to 30 m and horizontal offset distance away air return gateway 17 m; under the condition of 18 m depth of polyurethane sealing hole, the average concentration of gas extraction from borehole reaches above 80% and the pure quantity of gas extraction exceeds 6 m3/min; during the mining period, the gas concentration in the upper corner fluctuates steadily around 0.4%, and its maximum value is less than 1%.
