Abstract: To improve the operating efficiency and development quality of coal enterprises, this paper gives a brief overview of the dispatching management work, defines the main tasks of the dispatching work, and analyzes the key work of improving quality and increasing efficiency in coal enterprises. The paper also emphasizes that ways and means of effectively linking scheduling management with upgrading efficiency from the four aspect of safety environment protection, production organization, coal quality control and operation management, analyzes the role of dispatching management in improving quality and efficiency of coal enterprises, effectively improves the production and operation management level of coal enterprises. It provides references for further improving the scheduling management level and improving the quality and efficiency of coal enterprises.
