上覆旺采采空区对下部近距离煤层开采矿压分布规律的影响与对策分析

Influence of Overlying Wongawilli Mining Goaf on Rock Pressure Distribution Law of Lower Short-distance Coal Seam and Its Countermeasures

  • 摘要: 针对旺格维利采煤法采空区下部煤层回采巷道矿压显现剧烈这一难题,以神东矿区石圪台为工程背景,采用现场调查及现场监测的方法对工作面矿压规律和通过采空区的应对措施进行了研究,并通过了工程实践的验证。结果表明:工作面推进27 m时矿压显现剧烈,煤壁出现片帮、炸帮现象;工作面初次来压步距为35 m,周期来压步距为11.3 m,旺采采空区下来压步距13.6 m;当工作面进入旺采采空区工作面初次来压导致矿压显现剧烈,巷道破坏严重。提出了增大采高、工作面调斜、加强生产组织一次性通过应力集中区的方法;工程实践验证反映出该方法有效缓解了工作面矿压显现剧烈程度,保证了工作面安全回采。
    Abstract: In view of the problem that the underground pressure of the mining roadway in the lower part of the goaf by Wongawilli mining method appears intensely, taking Shigatai of Shendong Mining Area as the engineering background, this paper studies the laws of the underground pressure of the working face and the corresponding measures through the goaf by means of on-site investigation and monitoring, and verifies the engineering practice. The results show that when the working face advances 27 m, the ground pressure appears intense, and the coal wall appears the phenomenon of rib spalling and blasting. The first weighting step of the working face is 35 m, the periodic weighting step is 11.3 m, and the weighting step of the goaf is 13.6 m. When the working face enters the goaf of Wongawilli mining, the first weighting of the working face will lead to severe ground pressure and serious damage of the roadway. The methods of increasing mining height, adjusting working face inclination and strengthening production organization to pass through stress concentration area at one time are proposed. Engineering practice shows that this method can effectively alleviate the safety of strata pressure in working face and ensure the safe mining of working face.
