空气幕对巷道风流的隔断效应及在马堡矿的应用

    Separation Effeet of Air Curtain on Tunnel Air Flow and Its Application in Mabu Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决马堡矿在冬季巷道出现的风流反向的问题,以马堡矿为工程背景,通过理论计算,数值模拟,现场效果分析及检验等方法对空气幕影响巷道隔断风流的效果进行研究。采用 FLUENT 数值模拟软件对2个空气幕同时合作业时巷道风流流场特性进行分析,结果显示巷道风速及静压最终削弱为0,从而证明了空气幕可以阻断风流。现场试验结果表明:双风机并联增阻效果及隔断能力要优于单机幕,可解决在冬季由于自然风压影响产生的风流反向问题。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of air flow reversal in winter roadway in Mabu Coal Mine, based on the engineering background of Mabu Mine, the effect of air curtain on the airflow separation of roadway was studied by theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, field effect analysis and inspection. The numerical simulation software FLUENT was used to analyze the characteristics of airflow field in the roadway when two air curtains were working together at the same time, and the results show that the wind speed and static pressure of the roadway are finally weakened to 0, which proves that the air curtain can block the airflow. The field test results show that the effect of resistance increase and partition capacity of the two fans in parallel are better than that of the single screen, which can solve the problem of air flow reversal caused by natural wind pressure in Mabu Mine in winter.
