Abstract:
To solve the problem of air flow reversal in winter roadway in Mabu Coal Mine, based on the engineering background of Mabu Mine, the effect of air curtain on the airflow separation of roadway was studied by theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, field effect analysis and inspection. The numerical simulation software FLUENT was used to analyze the characteristics of airflow field in the roadway when two air curtains were working together at the same time, and the results show that the wind speed and static pressure of the roadway are finally weakened to 0, which proves that the air curtain can block the airflow. The field test results show that the effect of resistance increase and partition capacity of the two fans in parallel are better than that of the single screen, which can solve the problem of air flow reversal caused by natural wind pressure in Mabu Mine in winter.
