液氮防灭火技术在五虎山矿业公司中的应用

    Application of Liquid Nitrogen Fire Extinguishing Technology in Wuhushan Mining Company

    • 摘要: 煤田火区内温度及有毒有害气体含量高,严重威胁其下部井工采煤工作面的安全回采,液氮具有惰化、降温和易于扩散等特点,适合于消除或防控煤田火区带来的安全隐患。根据液氮防灭火的机理,分析了液氮的压注方式,理论计算了液氮压注量等参数,结合岩层移动随机介质理论,建立了影响半径r的数学模型,据此确定了液氮压注的合理位置。利用上述方法,在五虎山矿业公司进行了现场实施。结果表明:向影响矿井安全回采的10#煤田火区内注入液氮后,10#火区内的温度与CO浓度都迅速下降,10#火区燃烧状态得到了有效控制,并在10#火区与工作面之间的7#煤层采空区内形成了氮气惰化隔离带,有效保证了工作面的安全开采。

       

      Abstract: The high content of temperature and toxic and harmful gas in the coal field fire area seriously threatens the safe mining of the working face of coal mining in the lower well. In this paper, according to the mechanism of liquid nitrogen fire-fighting, the injection mode of liquid nitrogen is analyzed, the injection quantity and other parameters are calculated theoretically, and the mathematical model of influencing radius r is established based on the theory of random medium of rock strata movement, so as to determine the reasonable position of liquid nitrogen injection. Using the above methods, the method is applied in Wuhushan Mining Company, and the results show that the temperature and CO concentration of 10# fire area decreased rapidly after injecting liquid nitrogen into the fire area of 10# coal field that affects mine safety, and the combustion state of 10# fire has been effectively controlled, and nitrogen inerting isolation belt is formed in 7# coal seam goaf between 10# fire area and the working face, which effectively ensure the safety of the working face in mining.
