定向钻机顶部开合夹持器设计

    Design of Top Open and Close Style Clamp for Directional Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下定向钻进中螺杆钻具与粗径钻具下入孔底时,需拆下夹持器才能通过的问题,设计了一种大能力单活塞双腔的顶部开合式夹持器,介绍了夹持器主要参数选择和设计计算过程,对卡瓦和卡瓦座关键部件的受力情况进行了仿真分析。夹持器利用双向碟簧夹紧、油压松开原理,具有外形尺寸小、对中性好等优点。现场试验结果表明,该夹持器开口量大、粗径钻具通过性好、性能可靠,可满足定向钻进现场使用要求。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem that it is necessary to disassemble the clamping device when the screw drill and the coarse diameter drilling tool are lowered into the hole bottom in the directional drilling of coal mine, a top open and close style clamp with large capacity of single-piston and double-cavity is developed. In order to further study the stress of key components, the simulation and optimization analysis of the slips and bowl are carried out, and the design of key components is guided. Field test results show that the clamp has a large opening, good rough-diameter drilling tool permeability and reliable performance, and can meet the requirements of directional drilling field.
