近水平煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔自动膨胀快速封孔装置及应用

    Automatic Expansion and Fast Sealing Device and Technology for Approximate Horizontal Coalbed Gas Drainage Drilling and Its Application

    • 摘要: 针对近水平煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔技术难题,以“两堵一注”为基本封孔方式,在封孔装置两端设置吸水膨胀止浆塞,中间留有注浆段,研发出一种新型的自动吸水封堵装置。其能够实现近水平钻孔注浆的有效封堵,注浆与止浆塞同步进行,封孔操作简单。装置中快速吸水的高倍膨胀树脂的与高强度遇水膨胀橡胶的组合形式,保证了止浆效果,将注浆压力提高到1.2~1.5 MPa。浆液能够在压力的作用下渗入钻孔周围煤体内部裂隙中,能够有效提高浆液的密实性,避免近水平煤层顺层钻孔水泥浆干缩后形成漏气通道的问题,保证了封孔效果。通过现场试验,自动吸水膨胀封孔装置相较普通注浆封孔方式瓦斯抽采浓度提高19%~23%。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty of sealing holes in approximate horizontal seam, a new type of automatic water absorption blocking device is developed, based on “two blockages and one injection method”, by installing expansion blocking plugs at both ends of the sealing device and leaving a grouting section in the middle. It can simply achieve effective plugging of approximate horizontal borehole grouting, grouting and plugging are synchronized. The combination of high expansion resin with high strength water swelling rubber ensures the grouting stop effect and increases the grouting pressure from 1.2 MPa to 1.5 MPa. The slurry can penetrate into the internal cracks of the coal body around the borehole under the action of pressure, which can effectively improve the density of the slurry, avoid the problem of air leakage passage formed by the drying shrinkage of the cement slurry along the borehole in the approximate horizontal coal seam, and ensure the sealing effect. Through the field test, the gas extraction concentration of the automatic water absorption and expansion sealing device increased by 19% to 23% compared with the common grouting sealing method.
