Abstract:
To study the influence of supporting parameters on the coupling support technology of deep large section roadway, combined with the problem of poor supporting effect of large cross section roadways in Hongmiao Coal Mine, we used FLAC
3D 5.0 numerical calculation and established numerical model of deep large section roadway, simulated the variation of stress field between supporting structure of surrounding rock and each supporting structure under different supporting parameters. From the aspects of bolt length, bolt pre-stress, bolt diameter, bolt row spacing and anchor cable length, we analyzed the coupling condition between the supporting structure and the surrounding rock. The results show that: the larger bolt and anchor cable support parameters, the denser row spacing can only increase the coupling between the support body and the surrounding rock in strength and stiffness, but there is no good coupling effect in structure. Finally, a new supporting scheme is designed by selecting the supporting parameters with good coupling effect in strength, stiffness and structure.
