软煤高速螺旋钻机防卡钻液压系统设计
Design of Hydraulic System for Anti-sticking of High-speed Drilling Rig in Soft Coal

摘要: 针对软煤高转速螺旋钻进中易卡钻、埋钻的问题,通过分析卡钻事故处理的工艺方法,设计了回转超压给进减压、回转超压给进回退和回转超压给进回退抗波动3种不同的防卡钻液压系统方案;将3种方案与螺纹插装阀相结合,开发出新型防卡钻液压系统,并使用AMESim仿真软件建立系统模型进行分析。结果表明:系统动态特性与理论设计相符,防卡钻液压系统反应灵敏,能自动预防和处理卡钻事故发生。Abstract: For the problems of easy sticking, drill-burying of high speed spiral drilling in soft coal, through the analysis of the process of sticking accident treatment method, three kinds of anti-sticking hydraulic systems are designed, which are rotary overpressure feed and decompression, rotary overpressure feed and backoff, and rotary overpressure feed and backoff. Three schemes were combined with threaded cartridge valves to develop a new anti-sticking hydraulic system, and AMESim simulation software was used to build the system model for analysis. The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the system are consistent with the theoretical design, and the anti-sticking hydraulic system is sensitive and can automatically prevent and deal with sticking accidents.
