Abstract:
To solve the problems of unsatisfactory supporting effect and unreasonable supporting cost caused by single supporting measure for gob-side entry retaining in thickened coal seam, it is determined through theoretical analysis that such roadway should be strengthened from in-roadway, roadside and auxiliary support when mining height is high, and that in-roadway strengthened support should be adopted mainly and auxiliary support should be supplemented when mining height is low. Measures such as roof strengthening, filling body reinforcement, advanced and delayed strengthening support and high pre-tightening force are proposed, and on-site industrial design and test are carried out. The results show that the deformation of roadway tends to be stable after working face is advanced of 140 m, the maximum approaching amount of roof and floor is 158 mm, and the maximum approaching amount of two sides is 199 mm, which effectively controls the deformation of surrounding rock.
