“一六五”班组建设模式在胜利能源公司设备维修中心的应用实践

    Practice of Construction Mode of “165” Team in Equipment Maintenance Center of Shengli Energy Company

    • 摘要: 神华北电胜利能源有限公司设备维修中心经过多年实践,提出了符合中心实际、独具自身特色的“一六五”班组建设模式。在“一六五”班组建设模式的引领下,在班组精神文化、安全管理、创新创效等方面取得了长远进步,班组建设管理水平稳步提升,全部17个班组均实现了安全生产“零事故”,逐渐构建起“目标明确、制度完善、支撑有力、全体提升”的科学、有序的班组建设长效运行机制。

       

      Abstract: After many years of practice, the equipment maintenance center of Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Company proposes the “165” team construction model that conforms to the actual situation of the center and has its own characteristics. Under the guidance of the “165” team construction model, the team has made long-term progress in the spirit culture, safety management, innovation and effectiveness of the team. The team construction management has been steadily improved, and all 17 teams have achieved “zero accident” in production safety, and gradually established a scientific and orderly long-term operation mechanism of “clear goal, perfect system, strong support and overall improvement”.
