煤炭企业管理人员认知风格与管理行为探究

摘要: 为探究煤炭企业管理人员的认知风格与管理行为之间的关系,采用问卷调查与眼动实验主观与客观相结合的方式,从3方面对煤炭企业管理人员的认知风格进行了探究,即认知效应,决策偏好与展示方式偏好。研究结果表明,场独立型管理者在进行管理决策时,倾向于依赖内部环境因素,场依存型管理者则倾向于依赖外部环境。在认知效率上,场独立者的认知效率优于场依存者,能够更快的识别安全隐患;在展示方式方面,场独立者倾向于选择静态的方式,而场依存者相对倾向于选择动态的方式。Abstract: The purpose of the research is to explore the relationship between the cognitive styles and management behaviors of coal enterprise managers. The paper uses a combination of subjective and objective methods of questionnaire survey and eye movement experiments to explore the cognitive style of coal enterprise managers from three perspectives, namely, cognitive effects, decision preferences, and presentation preferences. The results of the research show that field-independent managers tend to rely on internal environmental factors during making management decisions, and field-dependent managers tend to rely on the external environment. In terms of cognitive efficiency, the cognitive efficiency of field-independent manager is better than that of field-dependent ones and can identify safety hazards faster. In terms of presentation methods, field-independent managers tend to choose static methods, and field-dependent managers tend to choose dynamic methods.
