煤矿企业员工关系质量和工作投入与安全行为的关系研究

    Study on Relationship Between Employee Relationship Quality Job Involvement and Safety Behavior in Coal Mine Enterprises

    • 摘要: 为进一步探讨煤矿企业员工安全行为的影响机制,明晰员工关系质量包含满意信任和承诺3个维度,特安全行为分为安全服从行为和安全参与行为2个维度,基于人际关系视角以工作投入为中介变量构建员工关系质量与安全行为影响关系的理论模型,采用问卷调查法收集问卷,利用结构方程模型加以验证。研究发现:煤矿企业员工关系质量各维度显著正向影响矿工安全服从和参与行为,其中满意和信任影响最为显著;煤矿企业员工关系质量各维度均对员工的工作投入产生正向影响,但是信任和承诺的影响较明显,工作投入对安全服从和参与行为有正向影响,工作投入是煤矿企业员工关系质量到安全行为作用的部分中介变量。

       

      Abstract: To further explore the influence mechanism of safety behavior of employees in coal mine enterprises, it is clear that the quality of employee relationship includes three dimensions of satisfaction, trust and commitment, and safety behavior is divided into two dimensions of safety obedience behavior and safety participation behavior. From the perspective of interpersonal relationship, a theoretical model of the relationship between the quality of employee relationship and the influence of safety behavior was constructed by taking job involvement as the mediating variable, and questionnaires were collected by questionnaire survey method and validated by structural equation model. The results show that all dimensions of employee relationship quality in coal mining enterprises have a significant positive impact on miners’ safety compliance and participation behavior, among which satisfaction and trust have the most significant impact. All dimensions of employee relationship quality in coal mining enterprises have the positive impact on employee engagement, but the impact of trust and commitment is obvious. Job involvement has a positive impact on safety compliance and participation behavior. Job involvement is part of the mediating variable between employee relationship quality and safety behavior in coal mining enterprises.
