Abstract:
For the problems of slope shape during stacking process of inner dump in open pit mine, taking the inner dump of Haerwusu Open Pit Mine as the engineering background, the inner dump slope stability and the potential landslide are quantitatively analyzed by using rigid body limit equilibrium software, and the analysis of inner dump slope by numerical simulation software FLAC
3D reveals the mechanism of deformation and destruction of the inner dump slope. The results of our study indicate that the potential landslide model and stability of inner dump in Haerwusu Open Pit Mine are mainly controlled by the weak layer of basement; the slope angle is 18°, 17°, 16°, 16° when the abandoned materials are discharged to 1025 flat disk, 1095 flat disk, 1165 flat disk, and 1200 flat disk respectively after the slope shape optimization; the landslide mechanism of the slope of the inner dump is that the weak layer produces plastic yield under the self-weight of the dumping material, and the sliding surface linkage occurred from the inner of the dumping material, the rock mass of the slope is shearing and extruding along the weak layer of the base of the inner dump.
