三道沟煤矿综采工作面采空区自燃“三带”划分与漏风测定

    Division of Goaf Spontaneous Combustion “Three Zones” and Air Leakage Test in Sandaogou Coal Mine Fully Mechanized Mining Face

    • 摘要: 为对三道沟煤矿5-2上煤层进行自燃“三带”划分及研究其采空区漏风规律,基于三道沟煤矿35106工作面为研究对象,通过对运输巷,回风巷随着工作面推进氧气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳浓度变化准确划分采空区自然“三带”范围,进而推算出工作面安全推进速度。与此同时,用六氟化硫气体释放、收集、检测、分析对井上下进行漏风测定从而计算漏风风速。以便根据其煤矿实际条件,采取有效封堵漏风措施,从而减少采空区遗煤自燃的危险隐患。

       

      Abstract: To divide spontaneous combustion “three zones” in Sandaogou Coal Mine 5-2 upper coal seam and study air leakage laws, based on the research of 35106 mining face in Sandaogou Coal Mine, goaf spontaneous combustion “three zones” is divided accurately by investigating the variation of oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide concentration during the process of mining face advancing to calculate safety advancing rate. In addition, air leakage velocity can be determined by releasing, collecting, detecting and analyzing sulfur hexafluoride concentration. According to actual situation in this coal mine, effective sealing for air leakage can be utilized to reduce the hazard of residual coal spontaneous combustion.
