Abstract: For the explosion-proof performance and test requirements of explosion-proof electrical equipment, and according to IEC 60079-0-2017 and GB 3836.1-2010 standards, the test requirements for general mechanical performance and environmental reliability of explosion-proof electrical equipment are analyzed and summarized. In addition, the test procedures of metal components and non-metal components are designed. According to the general requirements of laboratory accreditation and the technical characteristics of the professional laboratory of explosion-proof electrical testing, the precautions for carrying out laboratory accreditation activities are summarized.
