Abstract: A new type of rapid isolation and sealing device in belt roadway is proposed. Based on the principle of mechanical properties of plane and arc structures and the sealing characteristics in the process of mechanical manufacture, combined with the field research on the characteristics of typical belt roadway, this paper designs the structure type and sealing mode of compressive sealing device; consider the characteristics of the belt conveyor in operation, adopting the way of closing up and down to tighten the belt conveyor, this paper introduces the whole structure and key technology of the sealing device.
