邢东矿深部巷道围岩支护技术

    Surrounding Rock Supporting Technology in Deep Roadway of Xingdong Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为解决邢东矿-980 m深部大巷围岩支护难题,运用钻孔窥视仪及表面位移观测方法对大巷围岩结构及顶底板、两帮移近量进行观测,可知,巷道围岩破碎,表面变形量大,底板变形严重。研究表明:巷道围岩高应力、支护结构不合理等共同导致巷道围岩破坏变形,通过力学计算分析得出环形支架具有较强的承载能力,提出采用环形支架进行整体支护、底板组合锚索注浆加固支护技术,并结合锚喷支护技术共同形成复合支护技术。现场工业性试验的结果表明,该技术能够较好地起到支护和防治底鼓的作用,控制巷道围岩的持续变形。

       

      Abstract: To solve the surrounding rock support problem of -980 m deep roadway in Xingdong Mine, the surrounding rock structure, displacement of roof and floor and two sides are observed by means of borehole peep meter and surface displacement observation method. It can be seen that the roadway surrounding rock is broken, the surface deformation is large, and the floor deformation is particularly serious. Results show that the high stress roadway surrounding rock and supporting structure are not reasonable to cause destruction of roadway surrounding rock deformation; through mechanical calculation and analysis, it is concluded that the ring support has a strong bearing capacity; the supporting technology of integral support with ring support and grouting of anchor cable with bottom plate is proposed, and the combined supporting technology of bolt and shotcrete is combined to form the composite supporting technology. The results of industrial test show that it can effectively control the continuous deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
