不同速率树脂锚固剂组合的拉拔力学性能试验

摘要: 为确定不同速率树脂锚固剂的合适组合比例,满足现代矿井煤巷快速掘进速度与质量的较高要求。采用FLAC3D软件,建立了锚杆拉拔试验计算模型,通过对不同时间下锚固剂强度参数赋值,模拟得到不同速率树脂锚固剂在不同组合比例下锚杆拉拔力随时间的增长情况。结果表明:各组合比例下,前30 min是拉拔力增长的主要时间段,之后较为平缓;随着时间的增长,不同锚固剂组合比例下拉拔力的区别逐渐减小,区别主要集中在前20 min之内;在拉拔力增长时段内,较其他组合比例,快速与中速树脂锚固剂在3∶2组合时,锚杆拉拔力均为最大,拉拔力增长速率最慢,能有效解决锚杆支护质量和速度间的矛盾,为最合适组合比例。Abstract: To determine the appropriate combination ratio of resin anchoring agents at different rates to ensure the rapid tunneling speed and quality of modern mine coal roadway. The calculation model of bolt pull-out test was established by FLAC3D. Through the assignment of anchoring strength parameters at different time, the growth of bolt pull-out force with different ratios of resin anchoring agent at different combination ratios was simulated. The results show that the first 30 minutes is the main time period of the pull-out force growth, and then the growth rate is relatively flat; with the increase of time, the difference of the pull-out force of anchoring agent is gradually reduced under different combination ratios, and the difference is mainly concentrated within the first 20 minutes; during the pull-out growth period, the bolt pull-out force is the largest and the pull-out force growth rate is the slowest when the fast and medium-speed resin anchoring agent is combined in 3∶2 ratio, which can effectively solve the contradiction between the quality and speed of the bolt support, which is the most suitable combination ratio.
