Abstract: To scientifically measure the safety production management level of coal mine enterprises, combining the characteristics of coal mine enterprises, the evaluation index system of coal mine safety production management level is constructed from 5 levels of staff safety level, mechanical equipment, operation environment management, organization management and information level. To solve the shortage of single empowerment of the index, the subjective weight of AHP and the objective weight of entropy method are optimized based on game theory, and VIKOR method is used to establish the evaluation model of safety production management level in coal mine enterprises, and the relationship between group utility and individual regret is weighed, and the 5 coal mines under SH group are evaluated by real example. The result shows that the comprehensive evaluation model can get the rank of coal mine safety production management level, and the result is consistent with the actual situation of coal mine.
