    • 摘要: 为了落实好“双重预防控制”工作,保证煤矿安全生产,通过研究煤矿企业在风险分级管控和隐患排查治理方面存在的问题,基于互联网+、云平台、智慧矿山、物联网、WebGIS等技术,研究设计了煤矿安全风险分级管控和事故隐患排查治理管理平台,包括双重预防工作责任体系管理、安全风险分级管理、隐患排查治理、煤矿“一张图”智能分析以及移动端双控平台等功能,通过平台可以推进煤矿安全生产的标准化、信息化和智能化,实现事前风险分级管控、事中隐患排查治理,实现安全生产动态管理和持续改进,创建煤矿安全预防管理新模式。

       

      Abstract: To implement the “double prevention and control” work and ensure safety production of coal mines, through the study of the problems existing in risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and control of coal mining enterprises, based on Internet +, cloud platform, intelligent mine, Internet of things, WebGIS and other technologies, a coal mine safety risk grading control and accident hidden danger investigation and control platform has been studied and designed, including double prevention responsibility system management, safety risk grading management, hidden danger investigation and management, coal mine “one map” intelligent analysis and mobile terminal dual control platform and other functions. Through the platform, it promotes the coal mine safety production standardization, informationization, intellectualized. It realizes the closed-loop management in the process of pre-risk classification control and in-progress hidden danger detection. It realizes the dynamic management and continuous improvement of safety production, and establishes a new mode of coal mine safety prevention management. safety culture, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
