Abstract:
To solve the problem that coal transportation lines in the western wing of Datong Tashan Coal Mine are too long and the reliability of the system is low, a large-capacity adjustment bunker buffer system has been designed. The system consists of 5 inclined coal bunkers (total capacity of 16,000 tons), and supporting auxiliary transportation and power supply systems. The design proposes two sets of layout plans. After a comparative analysis of technology and economy, the optimal solution is obtained. The proposed scheme proposes a dual system design that supplements the adjustment of the coal bunker buffer system on a normal coal flow transportation system, which greatly improves the reliability of the underground coal transportation system.
