金属梯形棚支架棚腿底部合理支撑抗力系数的确定

    Determination of Reasonable Support Resistance Coefficient at Bottom of Metal Trapezoidal Support Legs

    • 摘要: 为充分发挥围岩自承载能力以及支架支撑作用,合理运用金属梯形棚支架可缩性,通过理论分析结合新集矿区的工程实际,计算棚腿底部合理水平支撑抗力系数和垂直抗力系数。结果表明:抗力系数的取值主要由围岩岩性、梯形棚支架几何尺寸来确定。采用得出的抗力系数结合不同材料提供的抗力系数,通过选用合理材料给棚腿“穿鞋”以充分发挥围岩自承载能力以及支架支撑作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to give full play to the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock and the supporting role of support, the compressibility of metal trapezoidal support is reasonably used. Through theoretical analysis and combining with the engineering practice in Xinji Mining Area, the reasonable horizontal support resistance coefficient and vertical resistance coefficient at the bottom of the support leg are calculated. The results show that the value of resistance coefficient is mainly determined by the lithology of surrounding rock and the geometric size of trapezoidal support. The resistance coefficient obtained is combined with the resistance coefficient provided by different materials, and reasonable materials are selected to “wear shoes” on the support legs to give full play to the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rocks and the supporting role of supports.
