Abstract:
In order to give full play to the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock and the supporting role of support, the compressibility of metal trapezoidal support is reasonably used. Through theoretical analysis and combining with the engineering practice in Xinji Mining Area, the reasonable horizontal support resistance coefficient and vertical resistance coefficient at the bottom of the support leg are calculated. The results show that the value of resistance coefficient is mainly determined by the lithology of surrounding rock and the geometric size of trapezoidal support. The resistance coefficient obtained is combined with the resistance coefficient provided by different materials, and reasonable materials are selected to “wear shoes” on the support legs to give full play to the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rocks and the supporting role of supports.
