Abstract:
A new spherical environment simulation cabin was designed, which can produce dust and methane and control humidity. It is also used to calibrate the instruments and decouple the interference factors. The aerosol generator produces NaCl particles to simulate the dust, then mixes with a certain concentration of methane, stirs evenly through the built-in fan, then transmits the humidity and methane concentration signals from the built-in sensor to STM32 MCU by Zigbee wireless technology, and then transmits them to Labview and controls the humidity and methane concentration inside. The results showed that the particle concentration uniformity in the cabin was good, and the repeatability error was less than 6%. The humidity range was controlled between 10% and 90%, and the methane concentration was uniform and controlled below 1%.
